Kate Miller

Chief of Staff, Kaseya

Kate Miller is the chief of staff of Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to mid-size businesses (SMBs). In this role and as part of the executive leadership team, she serves as the primary support to Chief Executive Officer Rania Succar, acting as a strategist, facilitator and trusted advisor while driving alignment and execution across the company’s highest-priority initiatives.

Kate is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of global leadership experience spanning strategy, transformation, operations and commercial leadership. She brings a proven track record of partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams to drive complex organizational change, scale high-growth businesses and deliver measurable results.

Most recently, Kate served as chief transformation officer at Concentrix, a global leader in customer experience technology and services. There, she partnered with the CEO to develop the company’s long-term transformation strategy, established an enterprise AI Lab to accelerate AI adoption, and helped lead the successful integration of Webhelp and Concentrix. Prior to that, she served as chief of staff to the founder and CEO of Webhelp, acting as a trusted strategic advisor through the company’s evolution from a private equity-backed business to a publicly listed company following its combination with Concentrix.

Earlier in her career, Kate served as chief operating officer and chief commercial officer at City Pantry, helping scale the business through venture funding and its acquisition by Just Eat PLC. She also held leadership roles at Google in Singapore and McKinsey & Company across Paris and London, and began her career in investment and capital markets at Crestwood Pacific Group in Hong Kong.

Kate holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College. She is a dual U.S.-U.K. national, fluent in French, and has lived and worked across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
