Sepedeh “Sepi” Tofigh leads all Global Legal functions at Kaseya. She is responsible for ensuring that the legal organization strategically partners across the business, aligning with company initiatives, values, and strategies.

Prior to joining Kaseya, Ms. Tofigh served as Assistant General Counsel at Carnival Corporation, with a focus on legal alignment with business needs. Prior that that, at Holland & Knight LLP, she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions as a corporate associate.

Ms. Tofigh was a “40 Under 40” award recipient by the South Florida Business Journal in July 2022. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is based out of Kaseya’s Miami, FL office.
