How Certification Works
- Each certification includes optional practice assessments and learning modules.
- The only requirement to earn a certification is passing the final assessment.
- You may take the final assessment whenever you feel prepared.
- Once passed, you are officially certified for that product and level.

Ann Stillwell
Ann Stillwell works as a Technical Trainer for Kaseya working with IT Glue, Compliance Manager, and ConnectBooster. With a background in documentation, customer success, and business development she has held many customer driven positions over her years working in the IT industry and strives to help customers reach their goals through training and best practices.
Christopher Salazar
Chris started with Datto originally as an L1 technical support before moving to internal training and finally external training. With his 5 years of experience with Kaseya and a decade of prior experience working in the MSP world, he always brings his knowledge and first-hand accounts to focus training on the information our partners want to learn. Currently, Chris instructs our Datto BCDR, Kaseya Unitrends, Kaseya 365 Endpoint, and Kaseya 365 User products.
Kathy Montgomery
Kathy began her journey with Autotask in 2015 as an Implementation Manager with a focus on Datto RMM. In 2021, she transitioned to the Education team, where she now leads both virtual and in-person training sessions at major industry events. Kathy holds a degree in Mathematics and is certified as an Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD). She currently delivers training on Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint, and Kaseya 365 Ops.
Kent Sapp
Kent joined Kaseya in 2023 with a strong background in technical support. He specializes in delivering engaging, educational content for both Kaseya VSA X and Datto EDR.
Kenneth Favreau
Kenneth is a Technical Trainer here at Kaseya. With 5 years of experience within Datto RMM and over a decade of support experience, Ken brings a partner first mindset to his trainings. His main focus at this time is within the Datto RMM product but will soon be branching out to other products.
