Customers using INKY can now include INKY data in QBR reports, Executive Summary reports, meeting agendas and presentations within myITprocess.

Available metrics include Threat Summary, Emails Marked as Danger, Emails Marked as Caution, Threats Over Time, and Graymail & Productivity insights, including messages remediated and estimated hours saved. You can also customize productivity time-savings assumptions used in reporting.

By incorporating INKY data into client-facing reports, MSPs can more effectively highlight security trends, demonstrate value and support strategic business discussions.
