Interpret AI-generated results more easily with new line charts and aggregate counters, alongside improved table rendering for better visibility in chat. Interactive line charts let technicians explore values across a timeline, making trends and summarized results easier to understand.
Administrators also gain centralized control over Kaseya Intelligence through Global Settings > Access Control. A master toggle can disable all AI Insights features across the account, with additional controls for Activity Log Insights and Device Insights. Disabling access immediately removes the affected AI features for users, while configuration changes are recorded in the Activity Log for auditing.
