Bulk add subscribers from a CSV file

Datto Secure Edge now supports bulk subscriber provisioning through CSV uploads, making it easier for MSPs to onboard multiple users at once. This new capability reduces manual effort and simplifies subscriber management across client environments. 

In Datto Network Manager, administrators can go to Secure Edge > Provisioning > Invite Subscribers > Bulk Add to download a CSV template, enter subscriber details and upload the completed file. Before importing, the system validates the entire file and shows how many subscribers will be added, how many invitations will be sent and how many unassigned subscriptions will remain. If errors are found or there aren’t enough subscriptions of the required type and term, the upload is rejected with clear guidance on what needs to be fixed.
