Safe attachment blocking
Graphus now blocks attachments to prevent users from accessing malicious content in quarantined emails. By default, quarantined emails allowed access to included links and attachments, which created potential risks.
Admins can enable Link & Attachment Protection from the organization’s Settings > EmployeeShield page. Malicious links and attachments are replaced with placeholder information, while the optional User Restoration feature allows users to restore items they believe are safe. This reduces the chance of accidental exposure to malicious content while still giving administrators and users flexibility in how quarantined emails are handled.
