INKY email signatures page

New
INKY, Kaseya 365 User

User Signature Visibility is an administrative feature in INKY that gives you a centralized view of every user’s email signature status and profile assignment. Use this feature to audit which signature profile applies to any user, verify whether users have opted in or personalized their signature and preview exactly what a user’s signature looks like in outbound mail.

The dedicated user page can be used for reviewing each user’s signature with the ability to see how it renders and why, based on the team and per-user settings. This page includes a user search feature to find people quickly and a new live signature previewer. The previewer gives you the ability to undock the previewer as it floats and follows you around the page, so you can always see how the signature looks while you edit.
