Manage Data async loading enhancement
The IT Glue Manage Data screen for ConnectWise and Autotask integrations now loads each data table independently using asynchronous requests. This improves performance for accounts with large numbers of synced assets and eliminates full-page Bad Gateway errors caused by loading large datasets.
If an individual table encounters an issue, IT Glue now displays a targeted error banner with the option to reload only the affected table, allowing technicians to continue working without disrupting the rest of the page.
