API enhancements for automated organization onboarding

Enhancement
Kaseya 365 Endpoint, VSA 10

New and enhanced API endpoints now allow you to automate key steps in the organization onboarding process. You can define organization types, configure Autotask PSA mappings during creation and programmatically delete organizations, sites and agent groups, significantly reducing manual effort and improving scalability for large environments.

The updates include support for setting an OrganizationType during create and update operations, as well as configuring PSA mappings using options to create new companies or link to existing ones. New DELETE endpoints enable removal of empty organizations, sites, and groups with proper permission controls and audit logging, ensuring safe and compliant automation.

The VSA 10 API documentation has been updated to reflect all changes. Click here to learn more.
