The powerful new tool allows IT Glue partners to further streamline onboarding and increase visibility into their clients’ environments through network documentation automation.
LAS VEGAS – CONNECT IT – May 8, 2019 – IT Glue™, the world’s market-leading IT documentation platform is excited to announce the release of Network Glue™, an exclusive network documentation solution that discovers, documents, and diagrams a business’s complete IT environment, with an up-to-date view on all devices.
IT Glue’s newest product line offers its community of over 7,000 partners increased efficiency and access to information by replacing previously manual work with automated functionality that captures, displays, and refreshes network device information inside of IT Glue accounts.
By pulling and documenting all device data into IT Glue and displaying it as a topology map, MSPs can further streamline and simplify the on-boarding and ongoing maintenance of their customers’ networks, easily and remotely. As an add-on solution to IT Glue, Network Glue is vendor-agnostic and configurable with any IT Glue account.
“A lot of the time MSPs spend onboarding and updating customer environments is lost to walk-throughs and manual discovery of devices found on networks, leading to serious gaps in their documentation,” says IT Glue’s VP, Product, Luis Giraldo. “As a purpose-built solution, Network Glue puts the power back in the hands of MSPs to identify the different devices on a network, using that information to improve their service standards.”
Network Glue has been well-received by early beta tester, Joel Foster, Senior Systems Engineer at NexusTek. According to Foster, “By automating our customers’ network diagrams and updating them daily, Network Glue helps NexusTek support and respond to customers quickly and efficiently. In addition to saving us time and simplifying the process for post-project updates, Network Glue makes it easy for us to provide customers with access to up-to-date network diagrams.”
Network Glue is available exclusively to IT Glue partners on a limited release basis. To learn more about IT Glue and the new Network Glue solution, visit https://www.itglue.com/NetworkGlue/.
