Kaseya Adds Seasoned Technology Industry Veteran to Its Customer Success Leadership and Executive Management Team

IT management solutions leader names Lee Van Sluyters executive vice president of customer success

As the new executive vice president of customer success, Mr. Van Sluyters will help drive and expand the Kaseya customer success program, an initiative designed around Kaseya’s commitment to help customers grow their business and prosper by using Kaseya’s award-winning products and services. The customer success program is available to all present and future customers, and includes an advanced onboarding process, customer training and education programs, relationship support, professional services, and other enablement tools and services designed to meet the needs of each individual customer.

Mr. Van Sluyters comes to Kaseya with an impressive 25-year track record of bridging sales and customer success. Prior to Kaseya, he served as senior vice president of sales for Yodle’s Brand Networks Division, providing digital and market automation solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. While at Yodle, Mr. Van Sluyters was responsible for both new customer acquisition and customer success, overseeing 50 staff and a $70 million business. Yodle was successfully sold to Web.com (NASDAQ: Web). Prior to Yodle, Lee was vice president of sales at Nolio, Inc., a DevOps SaaS company, which was successfully sold to CA Technologies.
