Manar joins CISOs from the channel’s four biggest vendors to talk about cybersecurity practices
March 15, 2022 – Miami – Kaseya, the leading provider of unified IT management and security software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced today that its Chief Information Security Officer Jason Manar, a former FBI agent, will be among four featured panelists at Channel Program’s All 4 One: The CyberCall panel. The discussion will center on how the CISOs are enhancing their partner and supply chain relationships and hardening their products and cybersecurity to better protect their customers.
The virtual event, which will be held on March 28th, 1 p.m. (EST), will be co-hosted by Kevin Lancaster, CEO and co-founder of Channel Program, and Andrew Morgan, founder of The CyberCall. Each of the featured cyber leaders, responsible for keeping their respective organizations safe, will share their cybersecurity best practices.
“I am honored to be part of this important conversation and share my experiences from my journey as a CISO and also what I learned from my years in law enforcement,” said Jason Manar, CISO, Kaseya. “This will be the first time ever that the CISOs from the channel’s largest vendors come together to provide real-time security information with the mutual goal of protecting customers and the industry.”
Due to the pandemic and current international conflict, organizations are operating in the most volatile and hostile cyber threat landscape that has ever been seen. The potential implications are massive, from increased supply chain attacks to targeted strikes directed at MSPs and the channel community at large. The purpose of the panel is to bring together the top minds in cybersecurity and tap joint resources to defend against the ever-evolving threat landscape.
“At Channel Program, we develop and support initiatives that lead to the success and health of the channel as a whole. That’s why we have teamed up with The CyberCall to host this history-making event. We believe it is essential that we all pool our collective brainpower, and manpower, to better protect our, and our customers’, organizations,” said Kevin Lancaster, CEO, Channel Program.
