Kaseya customers across Asia Pacific (APAC) will benefit with an expanded array of best-in-breed RMM, PSA and data protection capabilities hosted locally
Sydney — March 30, 2022 — Kaseya, the leading provider of unified IT management and security software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced its partnership with Macquarie Cloud Services, Australia’s most recommended cloud hosting provider.
By engaging with Macquarie Cloud Services, Kaseya can now offer Australian IT professionals locally hosted SaaS options for its expanding suite of IT Complete solutions. They include VSA, the industry-leading remote monitoring and management (RMM) and BMS, the professional services automation (PSA) solution. This collaboration makes it even easier for MSPs and SMBs to transition from on-premise to cloud environments. Another benefit is access to Unitrends – a Kaseya company that provides business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) solutions which include ransomware protection – and IT Glue – the leading automated documentation management solution for MSPs – so that data can now be stored to comply with Australia’s data sovereignty, privacy and protection laws.
“We’re always looking to enhance our customer experience, and we’ve found that MSPs and SMBs in Australia are in need of SaaS and BCDR solutions that not only meet the unique needs of multifunction IT professionals but also align with Australia’s stringent data protection requirements,” said Dermot McCann, Kaseya SVP and General Manager, APAC.
“Kaseya’s partnership with Macquarie Cloud Services is just one more example of the company’s true commitment to its customers, and we look forward to expanding our partnership in the years to come.”
Group Executive at Macquarie Cloud Services, James Mystakidis commented: “We’re pleased to be partnering with Kaseya to ensure its Australian customers are equipped with a regional solution that safeguards their mission critical data. We’re looking forward to seeing our partnership evolve as Kaseya expands its reach across APAC.”
In addition to its engagement with Macquarie Cloud Services, Kaseya has continued its explosive growth in the region with a major hiring push. By the end of 2022, the company will have hired 200 individuals across account management, marketing, technical and engineering roles throughout the region. To accommodate this growth, Kaseya recently expanded their Sydney and Auckland offices. Kaseya is also hosting its renowned Connect IT APAC event in-person on July 19-21, 2022 in Sydney, providing two and a half days of thought-provoking keynotes and content focused on the market’s rapid expansion, industry challenges, opportunities for M&A, cybersecurity and jobs in the sector. Combined with invaluable training and certification courses—McCann promises this is a “can’t-miss” event for IT professionals.
