Kaseya Connect 2026 brought together thousands of MSPs and IT professionals in Las Vegas for one of the most anticipated events in the channel calendar. From major product launches to a packed agenda of expert-led sessions and a couple of unforgettable nights, here’s a full look at the biggest moments from the event.
The big picture: The intelligence era of IT
For years, the IT industry has asked MSPs to do more with less while relying on tools that don’t communicate and data that stays locked in silos. That’s the challenge Kaseya CEO Rania Succar set out to address at Connect 2026.
In front of a packed and energized crowd, Rania unveiled Kaseya Intelligence — the engine at the heart of our platform that delivers connected, automated operations and puts real-time insight directly at your fingertips. More than just another AI feature, it changes how teams operate and how decisions get made across the entire IT environment.
With Kaseya Intelligence, teams gain:
- More capacity: When both humans and AI agents can act across the platform through API access, routine work no longer slows teams down. Autonomous operations expand what your team can handle, helping you get more done without adding headcount.
- More control: Connected data and operations enable faster threat detection, seamless cross-system workflows and better decisions without the constant friction of switching between tools.
- More clarity: Real-time, data-driven insight into both business and operations shows what is impacting productivity, security and profitability, giving you the visibility needed to build trust and demonstrate value.
Built on one of the deepest pools of aggregated and anonymized data in the industry, Kaseya Intelligence operates with a level of context few platforms can match. It understands what normal looks like across millions of environments, recognizes when something is off and responds automatically.
Instead of teams reacting to alerts, the platform can take action on its own. Instead of jumping between tools, information flows where it is needed. Instead of relying on assumptions, decisions are based on real patterns observed across billions of events.
The result is a platform that does more than connect tools. It works with context, adapts as conditions change and helps teams stay ahead of issues before they escalate.

Kaseya SIEM
Kaseya SIEM delivers enterprise-grade security for lean IT teams, combining AI SOC capabilities with a unified SIEM platform that provides visibility across cloud, identity, endpoint and network from a single console. With more than 40 out-of-the-box integrations and flexible SOC management, you can tailor the level of support to your needs.

Breakout sessions: Deep dives tailored to your priorities
Connect 2026 featured a packed lineup of breakout sessions designed around the biggest operational, security and growth challenges facing MSPs and IT departments today. Across four focused tracks, attendees explored practical strategies, real-world use cases and hands-on approaches they could immediately apply to their businesses.
Cyber resilience

Attendees explored how integrated cyber resilience strategies can reduce risk, improve recovery readiness and keep businesses operational when disruptions occur.
Cybersecurity
Modern threats require security operations that work across prevention, detection and response without gaps between tools. These sessions explored how tighter platform integration, connected workflows and AI-driven operations can help teams detect threats faster, reduce response times and strengthen security operations across the entire environment.
IT service delivery
Technicians are under constant pressure to manage more. This track focused on reducing operational friction by bringing endpoint management, ticketing, automation and documentation into a more unified workflow. Sessions showed how AI-powered operations can improve technician efficiency, reduce repetitive work and create more consistent customer experience.
