Ryan Courson is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to mid-size businesses (SMBs).

Before joining Kaseya, Mr. Courson was the CFO at Cornerstone on Demand, a leading provider of talent management software. There, he led 500 global teammates across corporate strategy, corporate development, finance & accounting, the office of the CIO, global analytics, and revenue operations. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of EagleView Technologies, a leading enterprise software provider backed by Clearlake Capital & Vista Equity. He also held the role of CFO of Atlas Corp. (NYSE:ATCO), a $15 billion global asset management firm with portfolio investments spanning the maritime, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Before pivoting to operations, Mr. Courson began his career as a technology and software investor at Alpha Wave Global, Teton Capital, and Berkshire Hathaway.

Beyond his operating responsibilities, Mr. Courson brings his systems thinking and curiosity to several boards, including Rubicon Technologies, System Zero, and insightsoftware. He is also an active investor and mentor to startup founders and emerging CFOs, helping them scale their businesses and bring their careers to new heights.

Fluent in Mandarin, Mr. Courson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis, where he also serves as a visiting professor teaching a course on Investing. His life long love for learning and passion for health and fitness keep him primed for adventures with his wife and three children.
