Ryan Courson is the Chief Operating Officer of Kaseya, the leading provider of unified IT management and security software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized business (SMBs).

Mr. Courson was most recently CFO at Cornerstone on Demand, a leading, global enterprise software provider of talent management software, and led the company’s Corporate Development, Information Technology, Strategy, Business Transformation, Accounting & Finance, and Legal  teams. Prior to Cornerstone he served as the CFO of EagleView Technologies, a Clearlake Capital & Vista Equity backed leading enterprise software provider, and as the CFO of Atlas Corp. (NYSE:ATCO), a $15 billion global asset management firm with portfolio investments spanning the maritime, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Courson spent time as a technology and software investor at Alpha Wave Global, Teton Capital, and Berkshire Hathaway.

In addition to operating responsibilities, he has served on multiple boards, including, at present, Rubicon Technologies where he is the Audit Chair. Mr. Courson is fluent in Mandarin and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis, where he also serves as a visiting professor teaching a course on Investing.
