We unveiled our latest innovations this week at Kaseya Connect 2026 in Las Vegas. What we showcased to our partner community wasn’t just a series of product updates. It was the new Kaseya, a fundamental shift in how MSPs and IT departments will operate moving forward.  

For years, growth in this industry has meant more technicians, more tickets and more complexity. We’re changing that model by building products that truly advance the plot for our partners to give them a competitive advantage.  

At the center of this shift in the IT industry is Kaseya Intelligence — a cross-product intelligence system that unifies data, automates workflows and delivers connected operations.

IT operations

Digital specialist for ticket triage

Today, highly skilled technicians spend 20-30% of their time organizing problems instead of solving them. They’re prioritizing, classifying, assigning and checking up on tickets. It’s necessary, but not high-value work.  

The challenge is that as the ticket volume grows, bottlenecks happen. Response times get slower, routing gets inconsistent, senior techs get overloaded — and then, SLAs get missed.  

Kaseya’s new Digital Specialist for Ticket Triage, powered by Kaseya Intelligence, uses AI agents to classify ticket type, sub-issue and urgency using contextual information. It matches and routes tickets to the person with the right skills, workload and availability. 

And it all happens autonomously, freeing up your (expensive!) skilled techs to work on resolving issues and delivering great service.  

We’ve already seen impressive results from this capability in tests. An early release with over 25 Kaseya partners and our internal Kaseya help desk processed more than 4,000 tickets in a test environment. We found improvements in several key metrics, including mean time to assignment (MTTA), mean time to resolution (MTTR), first contact resolution (FCR) and more.

AI surfaces relevant endpoint information proactively, so technicians have the context they need before they even start troubleshooting. 

Kaseya Assist for IT Glue

Technicians can use plain English or pre-built prompts to find trusted, contextual answers quickly, instead of searching, guessing and clicking through folders.  

Cybersecurity

Kaseya SIEM

Siloed tools create blind spots attackers exploit. Without unified visibility, investigations drag on for hours instead of minutes. Every second between detection and containment increases risk. 

Kaseya SIEM (now available) delivers enterprise-grade security built for lean teams, providing visibility across cloud, identity, endpoint and network in a single console, so technicians don’t miss threats or waste time switching tools. 

This managed service combines our AI SOC, powered by Kaseya Intelligence, with a true SIEM platform. With more than 40 out-of-the-box integrations and flexible SOC management, you can tailor how much support you need. 

Priced per user with no hidden fees, Kaseya SIEM brings enterprise capabilities, ease of use and MSP-friendly pricing together. It also includes three AI-powered features to boost productivity: natural-language querying of security data, built-in knowledge assistance for faster onboarding and a Microsoft Agent that guides — or automates — security actions across the Microsoft ecosystem. 

We’ve also rebuilt RocketCyber into Kaseya MDR, an AI-powered detection and response platform with a redesigned interface, stronger event correlation and improved signal quality.

Inky/SaaS Alerts integration

INKY and SaaS Alerts come together so you get detection, enforcement and cross-surface containment in one platform. INKY stops email threats in real time, while SaaS Alerts secures identities across M365, Okta, Salesforce and more. 

Cyber resilience

Unified cyber resilience experience

The threat landscape has changed. Data now lives everywhere — data centers, endpoints, SaaS apps, cloud infrastructure and identity systems — and every layer is under attack. Add stricter compliance, tighter cyber insurance requirements and lean teams, and backup alone is no longer enough. 

You need unified cyber resilience to withstand disruptions, stay compliant and recover with confidence. Kaseya is built to deliver exactly that. Our new Unified Cyber Resilience experience (now in preview) provides end-to-end visibility across every protected workload. 

Developed alongside our partners, it brings everything into a single portal with unified workflows and standardized processes, eliminating the need to jump between tools. A centralized command center gives operators instant insight into who is at risk, why and what to do next. 

From there, teams can connect infrastructure health to customer exposure, viewing appliance status and quickly identifying impacted assets. Drilldowns provide clear risk scores, backup performance and recommended actions with full transparency into what’s driving the risk. 

The result is a single, actionable workflow that reduces triage time, improves recovery readiness and helps teams protect customers at scale.

We’ve expanded our Azure coverage with Azure Files Backup, extending protection beyond virtual machines and eliminating single-cloud risk, while reducing costs.  

Datto BCDR AI-powered Screenshot Verification (available now)

We’ve re-engineered our patented screenshot verification using AI, dramatically improving accuracy and reducing false alerts.  

FIPS capabilities

We’re investing heavily in compliance and trust, including FIPS-aligned capabilities across our core products. 

Integrated M365 Exchange + Entra ID Recovery

We introduced unified recovery for Microsoft 365 Exchange and Entra ID, allowing organizations to restore identity and SaaS environments in a single workflow in minutes. 

What’s next

Everything we announced at Connect is just the beginning. Kaseya Intelligence will continue to expand across the platform, embedding deeper into workflows, powering new capabilities and accelerating innovation.
