On Day 3 of Connect, Gary Pica, Chief Community Officer at Kaseya, opened the Community Keynote by referencing a conversation he keeps coming back to.
Back in 2011, he spoke with an IT leader about a shift that would reshape business models, customer expectations and the skills teams would need to succeed. Over the next decade, that same conversation played out across every major change in the industry. The takeaway was always the same: the companies that moved first pulled ahead, while the rest fell behind and never caught up.
That wave is here again. This time, driven by AI and automation, and moving faster than ever, reshaping how MSPs operate as well as the businesses they serve. “By this time next year,” Gary told the packed audience, “if you’re not significantly more efficient, you’ll be at a competitive disadvantage.”
He added that while the urgency is real, the opportunity is bigger than the risk. The way to navigate it is the same way MSPs and IT teams have always navigated transformation: by doing it together.
Kaseya’s commitment to our partners
At Kaseya, we’re committed to delivering more than just an industry-leading platform. We’re here to help our partners succeed and drive their organizations forward.
Launching the MSP Success initiative
Dan Tomaszewski, EVP of Channel, joined Gary on stage to introduce the MSP Success initiative — a program designed to support MSPs on this transformation journey with the right combination of tools, training, support, peer learning and community.
He explained that the team brought together proven elements from the most successful peer programs and built a more unified system around them.
As part of this evolution, our two leading MSP peer programs, TruPeer and Technology Marketing Toolkit now sit under one roof, with shared programming and growth frameworks. With more than 2,000 members worldwide already seeing stronger growth and profitability, this move is designed to extend those results even further.
The initiative also includes a new MSP Success website, serving as a global hub for growth insights, practical resources and peer expertise, and a reimagined Kaseya Community built to help MSPs turn ideas into action.
The Kaseya Community is where you go to gain clarity, find direction and take steps that drive real results. What sets it apart is its scope. It connects the full MSP ecosystem, from products and peers to expertise and growth resources, in one place.
The three pillars of Kaseya Community
The new Kaseya Community is built around three pillars designed to give you a competitive advantage.
Pillar 1: Growth-oriented MSP content library
A curated library of real-world MSP frameworks, playbooks, templates and peer-driven insights across operations, sales, marketing and service delivery. Whether you’re rethinking pricing or launching a campaign, you don’t have to start from scratch. Build on what’s already working for your peers.
Pillar 2: Active peer intelligence engine
A live environment where MSPs solve problems together as they arise, not months later. A recent example shows this in action. When a gap in monitoring logic tied to a critical Microsoft Secure Boot update appeared, peers stepped in to test and validate in real time. They uncovered real-world edge cases and worked together to diagnose the issue. Kaseya’s product team then joined the discussion, refined the component logic and delivered an improvement almost immediately.

Pillar 3: Unified MSP ecosystem and product influence
A single place to connect with peers, subject matter experts and Kaseya teams, including a built-in Ideas portal where MSPs submit, discuss and vote on product enhancements. These ideas don’t sit in a queue. They directly influence roadmap priorities through real peer validation and demand. One recent example: a request for branded report and email templates moved from an idea thread to development and was quickly delivered. That’s the loop working exactly as designed.

The whole company is rowing in the same direction
The Community doesn’t exist in a vacuum — it’s an expression of where Kaseya as a company is headed. CEO Rania Succar laid out that vision clearly: helping MSPs build faster-growing, higher-margin businesses while enabling their customers to do the same.
That clarity of purpose matters, because it means the community, the platform and the pricing model are all pulling toward the same outcome for you.
