Kaseya 365 User is the second edition of Kaseya 365. It is designed to prevent, respond and recover from user-targeted security attacks and data loss, in a single, affordable subscription that is made up of numerous components.
Kaseya 365 User includes five unique components:
- DARK WEB ID MONITORING
- USER AWARENESS TRAINING + TESTING
- PHISHING DEFENSE
- SAAS BACKUP
- CLOUD DETECTION & RESPONSE
Each component is tied to a specific Kaseya product:
- DARK WEB ID MONITORING - Dark Web ID
- USER AWARENESS TRAINING + TESTING - BullPhish ID
- PHISHING DEFENSE - Graphus
- SAAS BACKUP - Datto Saas Protection, Spanning or Backupify (for existing customers only)
- CLOUD DETECTION & RESPONSE - SaaS Alerts
Kaseya 365 User is sold as a single, per-user, subscription that includes all 5 components for managing each user.
The minimum user license count is 50.
Kaseya customers who currently subscribe to one or more modules within Kaseya 365 User can be upgraded through a simple process that protects investments and functionalities, including equal license counts and locked-in pricing for additional growth support. Because every Kaseya customer has a different Kaseya 365 User estate, upgrade inquiries should be made through their account manager or KaseyaOne account.
Kaseya 365 User is designed to prevent, respond and recover ALL users from user-targeted security attacks and data loss, in a single, comprehensive subscription, which is why the specific modules are included. Modules that are not user-specific do not currently fit within the Kaseya 365 User subscription and are therefore not included.
"Kaseya 365" was first released as a single subscription designed to manage, secure and backup all endpoints with 7 key components. Kaseya 365 User is the 2nd chapter of Kaseya 365, designed to prevent, respond and recover all users from user-targeted security attacks and data loss. With the launch of Kaseya 365 User, the name of the initial subscription has been upgraded to Kaseya 365 Endpoint. Kaseya 365 User and Kaseya 365 Endpoint offer distinctly different yet deeply integrated functionalities.
All other products within Kaseya's Complete platform are available as add-ons to Kaseya 365 User, using the standard licensing terms available today. This includes the unique components of Kaseya 365 Endpoint if not already subscribed to. This gives our partners a scalable solution that includes the essential functions for preventing, responding and recovering all users from user-targeted security attacks and data loss, while allowing them to continue towards building a complete solution with IT Complete.
Yes, the components of Kaseya 365 User can be still purchased individually, however, the price/user of Kaseya 365 User is so affordable that customers can essentially get numerous components for free, and if they don't want to use other components immediately they can turn them on at any point without paying a penny more.
Alternatively, you can always purchase an individual component of Kaseya 365 User and choose to upgrade to Kaseya 365 User later.
No, Kaseya 365 User and Endpoint subscriptions can be purchased independently of one another. Having both subscriptions, however, significantly reduces cost and increases the automation power across all aspects of managing and securing both users and endpoints, saving exponential time and money. Alternatively, you can always purchase an individual component of Kaseya 365 User and choose to upgrade to Kaseya 365 User later.

Kaseya customers who subscribe to Datto SaaS Backup, Spanning Backup or Backupify can upgrade to Kaseya 365 with the same SaaS Backup component in place. Upgrades or net new purchases of Kaseya 365 come with either Datto SaaS Backup or Spanning. Utilizing Backupify as the SaaS Backup component of Kaseya 365 User is only offered to customers who already subscribe to Backupify.
