Why We Exist

Founded in 2020, we have quickly grown from an idea to a program with a customer base of 7,000+. Our team consists of former MSP CEOs and content marketing specialists who understand what it takes to create winning content that generates monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and builds long-term value.

Dan Tomaszewski

Dan Tomaszewski Executive Vice President, Channel

Dan Tomaszewski leads a team of channel experts and former managed service provider (MSP) professionals to equip, educate, and empower MSPs to be more successful and profitable. He is responsible for gathering feedback from the MSP community and ensuring a persistent focus on amplifying their voice to provide continued customer experience improvements. He is best known as the builder of Powered Services, an award-winning platform provided by Kaseya that has helped over 7,000 MSPs close deals, go to market faster and become more profitable.

As the former CEO of an MSP, Mr. Tomaszewski understands customers’ challenges and needs, adapting his knowledge to build products and platforms that enable them to do business more successfully. He joined Kaseya in September 2019 as the Vice President of Channel Success & Training at ID Agent.

Mr. Tomaszewski holds an associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Schoolcraft College. He is based out of Kaseya’s Bowie, MD office.

Before joining Kaseya, he worked for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) focused on security and compliance, a major telecommunication company, and ID Agent—where he focused on dark web monitoring and compliance.

With over a decade in sales and marketing, Kim enjoys applying her experience to help MSPs reach their goals and grow. Since much of her work has focused on using technology to solve problems, she is particularly interested in exploring innovative strategies to leverage Kaseya products and tools to help MSPs improve efficiency, drive sales and growth, and increase revenue.

Before starting her journey with ID Agent, Katie spent three years in the MSP channel space. As a Channel Success Manager, she thrived on helping ID Agent’s partners create out-of-the-box sales and marketing initiatives. With a passion for helping people, her goal is to align the partner’s vision with the platform’s capabilities. She has successfully served a range of MSPs, including solopreneurs, SMBs and large organizations.

Before joining Kaseya, she worked for an MSP and was responsible for their cybersecurity portfolio. Due to this experience, she knows the challenges that MSPs face and is enthusiastic about assisting partners to overcome any barriers in the sales and marketing of their Kaseya products. Samantha’s goal is to help MSPs be profitable and successful in using and selling Kaseya products.

Greg is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) growth-hacking professional and leadership expert who delivers high-energy keynote presentations that challenge audiences to focus on what matters most when it comes to technology and business.

Greg has a strong background in the IT sector and works with MSPs of all sizes to bring about transformational change, and he assists them in achieving their goals.

Prior to joining Datto in October 2019, Greg was the Chief Technology Officer for an MSP in the Northwest of England. Greg started his management career in IT within the public sector with the local authority, and later went on to private consultancy for central government.

Greg’s passions extend to the greater MSP community where he serves as Executive Council Leader for CompTIA and as an advisor for their Advancing Women in Technology board. He is also a leader of Datto’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and a Business Ambassador for Alder Hey Children’s Charity.

Michael represents Datto at numerous trade shows and technology conferences throughout North America, frequently presenting alongside members of the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI. The objective of these presentations is to connect with business owners and IT professionals to educate them on current cyber threats and the role business continuity plays in combatting these threats. Michael has worked alongside the Managed Services Community for close to a decade, helping them understand the technology landscape for the business community throughout the world. These partnerships have led to significant growth within the industry, as more and more businesses understand the value of working with a Managed Service Provider.
