We are in search of an experienced and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented application administrators and engineers focused on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Corporate Systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Senior Manager of Corporate Systems specializing in NetSuite, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our NetSuite system. Your responsibilities include leading a team of system administrators, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and driving process improvements. You'll ensure the seamless operation of NetSuite across various departments, provide technical guidance, and oversee system upgrades and integrations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of NetSuite engineers and application administrators for Corporate Systems (Finance, HR, Tax, Legal) including NetSuite, Bamboo HR, Legal, Tax, custom, and other applications.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success for delivering quality, on time and on budget.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations, enhancements, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all developments and configurations.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Work directly with product team to understand business requirements and translate them into specific functionality.
- Analyze / process data gaps and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and system implementation and optimization.
- Stay current with NetSuite platform updates, features, and best practices, and ensure their integration into our systems and processes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized NetSuite projects or support.
- Lead / manage a full cycle implementation using a combination of SuiteSuccess and other methodologies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on NetSuite administration, development, and customization.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT leadership or management role, overseeing a development/support team.
- Experience with Tax, Bamboo HR, Legal, and other corporate systems.
- Experience with payment systems, credit card processing, and payment gateways.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
- Experienced in managing SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder, Suitelet, Portlet, Advanced HTML / PDF Layout, saved searches and custom reporting.
- Deep experience with full cycle implementation and optimization of core NetSuite modules (i.e., Advanced Financials, Fixed Assets, ARM, Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Projects, SuiteBilling, SuiteCommerce, etc.)
- Experience with common integration methodologies and best practices related to other common plug and play systems (i.e., Concur, Expensify, Salesforce.com, Coupa, Zuora, Stripe, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts and processes, with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring NetSuite modules.
- Proficiency in designing/developing NetSuite custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, and CSV import.
- Experience with NetSuite data model/configuration and transaction flows in one or more of the following areas: Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-Report.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation / business processes revamp and optimization / systems configuration / change and issues management.
- Knowledge of systems functional design as well as technical design and architecture.
- Knowledge of report customization, systems configuration, data augmentation / migration.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and integrations technologies.
- Strong analytical, business problem solving and solution design skills.
- 1 to 2 years of financial and technical accounting experience.
- Project management experience a plus
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create work relationships across multiple areas, engaging with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers, their teams, and other employees.
- Ability to identify and prioritize activities for Team members.

Education/Technology
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance or information technology.
