WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A Program Manager within the IT Organization tackles the most complex programs running in the department. They have vast experience with product Projects & Programs and are here to help facilitate successful outputs for all involved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for driving execution and delivery of complex projects or programs from start to finish.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of the program’s vision, objectives, scale, and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements.
- Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with Program or project stakeholders.
- Create full-scale master program and project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components.
- Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, and deliverable tasks.
- Actively participates in process and practice improvements in the project management environment and serves as a catalyst for project management excellence.
- Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with project stakeholders.
- Provides management oversight, aligns, and leads cross-functional and international project teams to ensure critical day-to-day program/project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value.
- Identifies gaps in the project team’s accountability a`nd ownership of deliverables.
- Fosters a team environment of self-organization, retrospect to learn and adapt with the goal of delivering the highest value
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proven experience in Project or Program Management.
- Experience delivering training/learning programs.
- Experience conceptualizing complex information and transforming it into practical and usable knowledge content in which use cases are employed to relate concepts to specific audiences.
- Highly organized with proven attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and content creation skills.
- Communications/Leadership
- Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving product success.
- Education/Technology
- BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience.
- CAPM/PMP a plus.
- PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies are preferred.
- Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred.
