WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

As a Security Operations Program Manager, we are seeking an individual with a strong background in cybersecurity and program management. The ideal candidate should have experience leading security operations teams, developing and implementing security programs, and managing complex projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of security frameworks, threat intelligence, and incident response procedures is also desired. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for security and a proven track record of driving program success, we want to hear from you! 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

As a Security Operations Program Manager, you'll lead the charge in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our security operations. Your role involves overseeing the development and execution of security programs, managing a team of security professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate security risks. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  •  Anticipates broad change pertaining to their area of expertise and ensures Kaseya security is always ahead of the curve  
  • Understands deeply the end-to-end nature of their job function and can articulate clearly the scaling limits in their area, while proposing solutions to them  
  • Uses their expertise to develop ideas that enable many potential futures without knowing exactly what the future is  
  • Consistently delivers large projects involving one or more teams’ contribution on time at a high level of quality  
  • Quickly breaks down complex problems into potential solutions, knowns, and unknowns, in order to get to solid resolutions faster  
  • Capable of solving the hairiest problems that the team encounters  
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, and team members 
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful completion of projects 
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure that decisions are documented and communicated 
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on project management processes and provide guidance to team members as needed

  • Primarily acts as a multiplier by building systems, reviewing tools, or introducing policies or patterns that raise the level of productivity of the entire org
